Shaleio's current standard terms. When you purchase StrataBI Enterprise you sign one document — the Order Form — which incorporates the agreements below by reference. These are the standard terms for reference; you don't sign them individually, and your executed Order Form is the controlling signed document. The free Developer Edition is governed separately by its own source-available license.

StrataBI Enterprise (Commercial)

• Commercial License Agreement — v1.1 — the master license: grant, account- and version-binding, entitlement, and deployment scope.
• Standard Order Terms — v1.1 — the productized commercial terms for a self-serve order: perpetual license, maintenance-gated updates, fees, deployment scope, support posture, and satisfaction guarantee.
• Mutual NDA — v1.1 — mutual confidentiality.
• Service Level Agreement — v1.1 — support commitments for the Supported and Premier maintenance tiers.
• Data Processing Addendum (DPA) — not applicable to self-hosted tiers: your data stays in your own AWS account and Shaleio does not process it. A DPA applies only to the future Managed tier. Available on request.

Developer Edition
